Freedom of Information Act
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Public Act 422 requests are directed to the Township Clerk. All requests should contain:
- The name and contact information of the requestor, including mailing address, phone number and email address.
- The date of the request.
- A detailed and specific description of what records are being requested.
Emailed, faxed and mailed requests are acceptable. If you would like to obtain information or township records but are unsure if a FOIA request is required, please contact the Township Clerk.
